You can brief us in any way that's easiest for you - whether it's through a Google Doc, email, or video message. You'll attach a brief together with any brand assets to the job in our project management software, where you can prioritize tasks for us. If needed, your account manager will reach out to you over email, Slack, or Teams (whatever works for you) to fill in any missing information. Once the design is complete, we'll submit it to you for review, along with a design rationale.
We try to avoid video calls and meetings to streamline the process, but there may be situations where a meeting is necessary to discuss a brief in person.
